2026 is Ringing in our First Annual Writing Away Refuge Page Exchange! This is a fun, productive, interactive workshop, and everyone receives feedback on their first 5 pages & their last five pages of their manuscripts. Most workshops focus on those opening pages, but we believe the last 5 pages should pack an equal punch.

The rules of the Page Exchange are simple. We will only take 30 registrants! Participants will be given partners and pages will be exchanged a week before the workshop. Partners will give each other feedback. Now, here's the kicker. Lee Ann and her team will look at all of the pages as well and give written feedback. Each writer will gain valuable insight on their pages and learn what it truly means to open strong and finish even stronger! This workshop offers:
